Interesting house, I imagine given Poland's history it's fitting. I would like to see more about solar, wind and other methods to separate the house from the local power grid. Water and sewer that were independent of the local infrastructure and gardens that provided enough produce to self sustain the inhabitants. And sources of protein such as aquaculture, chickens, etc. The protective house is a good start but not a holistic solution.

I'm more curious about Matus. I'm adopted by a family named Matus in the Detroit area. I've noticed in most American cities the name Matus is pretty rare.

Apparently my Grandmother Thyra Matus was related to a Duke in Denmark or Germany who willed his castle to all the elderly Matus women to reside if they outlived their husbands. My parents and Thyra visited it and it was there and the front was a museum that supported the castle and the back was for the women that resides there. Thyra said it was a bit to austere for her likes.

It any case I'm curious if there is any connection between Thyra and Kalman Matus of Detroit?
